All orders can be placed by telephone, mail, fax or via the website.

There is no minimum order.

The prices given in € including VAT are given as a guideline and are subject to change without written notification. Actual products may differ from the photos; Pet's Concept will not be held responsible for errors or changes in the photos and explanatory texts of suppliers. Orders cannot be cancelled for any reason whatsoever, except by us.



Delivery is free on all orders over 75€ including VAT.

For orders under 75€ including VAT, shipping costs (calculated by weight) are payable by the client;

delivery can be made to an address chosen by the client (anywhere in Belgium).

If the deliveryman has to call a second time, this will be invoiced to the client;

delivery waiting periods are given as a guideline, we can therefore not be held responsible for any possible delivery delays caused by the shipping company.

All parcels are covered by insurance; if you notice any obvious damage, you can refuse the package, or make a note of the visible damage on the deliveryman’s paperwork.

We will replace any damaged parcels as quickly as possible, and will cover shipping costs.

Exchanges & Returns

Substandard or faulty items should be returned to us within 7 days in their original packaging.

Once the parcel to be exchanged has been returned, we can give you an exchange or a credit note.

Any complaint regarding an item should be made immediately on receipt of the merchandise.



Our invoices are payable on delivery, with no discount, in Belgium, à B-4432 Alleur, rue de Bolsée 2. All invoices are deemed to have been checked, if in spite of this, you notice any error in the wording, the buyer will accept the correction, either directly on the original, or by returning it for rectification.

Any complaint regarding an invoice should be made within ten days of it being issued; after this time our invoices are deemed to have been accepted.

In case of dispute, all legal proceedings, both sought and defended, will be the exclusive competence of the Courts of Liege and Justice of the Peace Courts of Liege. No drafts or other payment transactions will lead to the novation or exemption of this jurisdiction clause.



We will repair items under guarantee; shipping costs remain payable by the client.

Electrical, electronic and hydraulic items cannot be returned or exchanged; the buyer cannot demand any return or exchange of any item; if we have agreed to one of these procedures, the merchandise should be returned complete, without trace of installation or use, in its original packaging; all returns agreed by us will only be credited for 90% of its value at the time of purchase.
