Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Parcels are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your payment. The standard dispatch method is via regular Colissimo, delivered without signature. If you want delivery with signature, an additional cost will be applied, please contact us for further information. Whatever dispatch method you chose, we will send you a link as soon as possible which will allow you to follow the delivery of your parcel online.

Dispatch costs include packaging, handling and postal costs. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or weight of your order. We recommend combining your purchases in a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each. Your parcel is dispatched at your own risk; special care is given to parcels containing fragile products.

Parcels are oversized and protected.
